The principle of this technology is as follows: utilizing the principle of gasification temperature difference between substances in waste liquid, combining with physical centrifugal stirring in negative pressure chamber and steam filtration condensation purification and recovery technology, the water is purified and condensated after gasification, and the substances containing a large amount of inorganic salts, COD, BOD and heavy metals are solidified and discharged; it is suitable for treating high concentration industrial waste liquid outside the factory, and also for discharging traditional evaporation equipment. The solid-liquid separation can be achieved by further dehydration and drying of the discharged high concentration waste liquid. The problem that traditional evaporation equipment can not be solidified and special equipment is still needed for crystallization solidification has been thoroughly solved, and the real emission has been realized, which plays an important role in reducing industrial waste, waste liquid reuse and resource recovery.
